Age checks (IDs) and bags searches are mandatory and will be carried out by SIA approved security staff.
Challenge 25 will be strictly adhered to, with SIA approved staff carrying further ID checks in the drinks tents.
All SIA security staff and bar staff have been trained on Challenge 25, and to look out for spiking. Any refusals will be noted in an incident log.
All UNDER 18's must be accompanied by a paying Adult on a 1 to 2 ratio - this is an event license requirement and cannot be over-ruled.
Any alcohol attempted to be carried into the event, or any drugs discovered during a search will lead to confiscation and no admission, or ejection from the event.
Young children must be accompanied by a parent/carer in the marquee bar areas and entertainment zones at all times.
The parents of lost children/persons must report to the First Aid zone in the club changing rooms to the left of the clubhouse.
Security will have the right to refuse entry, or eject people for anti-social behaviour, without any refunds.
Be prepared to show your pre-purchased digital tickets on your mobile phone - these will be checked, and you and any guests will be given Festival Wristbands (if not already collected) so that you can come and go as you like. For children you can write an emergency mobile number on the wristband.

No Food, other than that purchased at the festival is allowed to be consumed. Please make security aware if you have any specific personal carry in needs e.g. Food intolerance needs.
Only sealed water bottles are allowed and can be refilled – sadly in the past we have experienced a high number of clear liquid spirits being smuggled into the festival.
There will be plenty of toilets for public use. There are 3 disabled access toilets and 2 baby change facilities. These will be monitored and receive regular checks.
The Sponsors Lounge (Clubhouse) is exclusively for the use of event sponsors. Access without a Sponsor’s wristband will not be granted.
No smoking is allowed onsite.
Contactless payments will be available throughout the site - this includes at the gates, the bars, food outlets.
Only Guide Dogs are allowed onsite.
Pop up chairs and picnic blankets are permitted into the site – these will be inspected for prohibited items. If found, then the festival goer may not be admitted.
You will be able to leave the event and gain readmission with a hand stamp - this can be obtained at the ticket turn style gate. Please see a member of our security team. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an Adult in order to leave and regain admission.
CCTV will be in operation, recorded and monitored throughout the stadium, but also in the marquee beer tent and Sponsors Bar.
There is a playing field alcohol ban that will be enforced.
If a wristband is torn and the seal destroyed in order to share, then this invalidates the wearer (inc. sponsor wristbands).
The football club would like to wish all visitors a safe and enjoyable event - please adhere to the above for the benefit of all.
The music will close at 10:00pm, but the site must be clear by midnight - we respectfully request that festival goers respect our neighbours and leave in a quiet and orderly fashion.
